01/01/10 Pareto Corporation, today announced that it has acquired Direct Sales Force Inc., a Canadian intercept marketing and sales company. The acquisition also includes the operations of Direct Branding Force (DBF), which provides experiential marketing solutions.DSF and DBF will continue to be managed by founders Neil Spivack and Michael Kuipers, both of whom have committed to remain with Pareto. There are no planned employee redundancies associated with this acquisition. |

04/01/09 DSF is excited to announce the recent addition of MBNA as a client. DSF agents will be setting up inside Shoppers Drug Mart locations across Canada assisting in the launch of the new Shoppers Optimum MasterCard. |

02/1/09 DSF is proud to announce that it has launched its new experiential marketing division to serve its nationwide network of offices. The new division, titled Direct Branding Force, will focus on promoting clients brands through “out of the box” experiential marketing campaigns. DBF has already landed its first client in Benjamin Moore. We have executed a contest that will be promoted in-store, on television and with DBF’s agents in shopping malls all across Canada. |

06/14/08 Over the Summer DSF will be assisting Crush in a National Promotion that gives contest winners the opportunity to attend the Screenings of 3 of the most Popular Summer Movies over the Summer. DSF agents will be attending theatres across the country in Victoria, Vancouver, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Quebec City, Winnipeg, Ottawa and Toronto. Customers who filled out a ballot at the website www.crushmoviecrew.ca were given a chance to win passes to one of the 3 Summer Movie Blockbusters: Get Smart, The Dark Night or Sisterhood of the Traveling Paints Part 2. | |

07/01/07 Primus needed a National Sales Force to assist them in acquiring new long
distance customers inside of Costco stores. They turned to DSF to put
together the plan of action and today DSF agents are seen in over 25 Costco locations across Canada. |

| 03/17/07 DSF is assisting in the promotion of the newly created loyalty program called SCENE. DSF agents are attending high traffic movie theatres throughout the GTA to inform Moviegoers of the program and how they can quickly earn points towards free rewards such as free movie tickets. DSF Agents are on site discussing all of the features and benefits of the program. As a bonus agents are able to enroll customers on the spot to the program. | ||
| 12/16/06 Over the busy Christmas season Toshiba was looking for a way to increase awareness of the their newly released HD DVD Player. DSF assisted in the promotion of its new product and had its agents attend Shopping Centers throughout the GTA in a blitz to assist in awareness of their new product. DSF Agents were able to walk customers through on site all of the new features and benefits that the HD DVD player offers. As a bonus agents were providing coupons to drive traffic towards local retailers. |

| 11/16/06 When the National Post needed help in acquiring customers at the Grey Cup they called DSF. DSF worked with the National Post to successfully promote both subscriptions and a contest at the 2006 Grey Cup in Winnipeg. | ||

08/13/06 Both Aeroplan and American Express called on DSF to represent them at the 2006 Rogers Cup in Toronto and Montreal. DSF provided its new lead generation software and tied it to the ongoing promotion that was being held onsite. This promotion generated a great buzz around the Rogers Cup with our agents speaking with many current and new members of both American Express and Aeroplan. | |

06/23/06 DSF used its new Tablet PC technology to assist with New Member Acquisition for Aeroplan at the Montreal Grand Prix Festival. The technology allowed DSF agents to quickly sign up new members and explain all of the great benefits of being an Aeroplan member. DSF welcomes Aeroplan as a new client and looks forward to assisting on many events across Canada. | |

06/26/05 Direct Sales Force becomes Member of the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA). The membership with the CMA will further allow DSF to reach out to more clients, gain more access to resources, as well as allow the Direct Sales Force teams to attend the year round seminars. This partnership will further advance all employees in all aspects of marketing and sales. |
